This is the second short film by director James Crowder and the second film produced by Crowder Pictures (formerly Light Catcher Pictures). The old Universal Monster films have been a massive influence on James through the years and continue to be an inspiration for his movies. Night of the Sasquatch, a short film set for release in 2026, continues this "monster-verse" trend for Crowder Films.
